During August each year we enjoy a 'staycation' which includes events and activities for those who are perhaps unlikely to go away on holiday. This takes place over a few days and includes events and activities both at the church and off-site. Please click the picture below for information about this year's event, and to book:
Lunch Club (hoping to return in September)
This provides an opportunity to meet and chat over food and is held fortnightly, on Tuesdays, between 12:15pm and 2:00pm. There is a short after-dinner talk on the Christian faith, with a modest charge for the meal.
Fellowship Hour (currently meeting on Zoom)
Each week, this group meets at 10:45pm on Tuesday to spend time together to sing, pray and hear the Bible explained. Refreshments are served and there’s ample opportunity to chat and make new friends.
Art Group (hoping to return in September)
We have many folk who enjoy painting and artwork together with some instruction and coaching, if required. This group meets in an informal atmosphere on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month between 10:00am and 2:00pm. A packed lunch is needed and a small charge is made.
Indoor Carpet Bowls (currently not meeting)
This is our newest group meeting weekly on Friday between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Anyone can play and instruction is provided as required.
